In July 2006 Guy moved over to work on the Global Real Estate team, and took over the fund management responsibilities on 1st July 2010.   Geoffrey Armstrong Geoffrey joined Deloitte from University and worked there from September 2005 to March 2008, working as an auditor with clients focused in the European Real Estate Sector. He joined Sarasin in April 2008   Focus and Objective The Fund seeks to achieve long term capital growth by investing in global listed real estate. The majority of investments are held in REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) with a minority in property company shares.
